Abby C. Grozine, Of Counsel

Abby’s practice is devoted to civil defense, focusing primarily on the representation of healthcare providers and hospitals in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice. Abby graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and Law Review. She served as a member of multiple moot court competition teams, including the Phillip C. Jessup International Competition, winning awards for Best Oralist and Best Brief. After law school, Abby served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining Peters & Monyak, Abby was a partner at an Atlanta based insurance defense firm.

Abby received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where she graduated with honors.
